Our Volunteers

By providing the Medicare Help Center with your contact information, CMS requires us to obtain prior express written consent before sharing your data with a Volunteer. This consent form can be proactively signed and submitted by clicking here, or may be included as part of the information gathered via our Client Portal when you schedule an appointment or request information. Please note: the Medicare Help Center does not sell or resell your information. When sharing your data to a Volunteer, your data is only shared with that one Volunteer. If the need arises to share your information with a different Volunteer, a separate consent form is required. The Medicare Help Center does not receive from, nor give to a Volunteer, any type of compensation to help educate and guide you on your Medicare options.  These options may include information about Medicare Advantage Plans (MAPD), Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D), and Medicare Supplement Plans.
